This is something someone gave me and i thought it was funi. Decided to put it up here. These were all in a church thing btw so thats what they're about.
1:This afternoon there will be a meeting on the north and south ends of the church. Children will be baptized at both ends.
2:Tuesday at 4pm there will be an ice cream social. All ladies giving milk please come early.
3:Wednesday the 'Ladies Literacy Society' will meet. Mrs Johnstone will sing 'Put me in a little wooden bed' accompanied by the pastor in his study.
4:Thursday at 5pm there will be a meeting of the young mothers club. All wishing to become young mothers will they please meet the pastor in his study.
5:This being Easter Sunday, we will ask Mrs Brown to come forward and lay an egg on the alter.
6:The service today will end with 'Drops of Water'. One of the men will start quietly and the rest will follow.
7:The ladies of the church have cast off clothing of every kind and they can be seen in the church basement every Friday.
8: On Sunday a special collection will be taken to defray the cost of the new carpet. All wishing to do something on the new carpet please come forward and get a peice of paper.
9:Tonights sermon:'What is Hell?' Come early and listen to the Choir practice.
10:Next Sunday's preacher can be found hanging on the notice board.
